This website
The current WConvert website is an informational site. It has no account registration, newsletter form or active checkout. Its illustrations do not collect or send visitor submissions.
We have not installed advertising trackers, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity or session-recording software on this site. The website code does not set analytics cookies or store visitor preferences. Fonts and product images are served with the website.
We use Cloudflare Pages to host and deliver the public website. Cloudflare processes network information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser details and request times to deliver pages, maintain availability and help prevent abuse. Our purpose is the reliable and secure operation of this website, based on our legitimate interests.
Cloudflare operates a global network, so technical information may be processed outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Its handling of network data, international transfers and retention is described in theCloudflare privacy policy. Retention varies by data type and service; we do not claim that all network records are deleted after a fixed number of days. We have not enabled Cloudflare Web Analytics in the website code.
This policy describes WConvert’s website. Other VeronaLabs websites have their own setup; see the VeronaLabs privacy policy when you visit veronalabs.com.
Support and enquiries
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any details you choose to include. We use these to answer your question and provide support, based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries or, where relevant, performing a contract with you.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or unredacted customer lead exports. If troubleshooting requires more information, we will explain what we need.
The plugin on your WordPress site
WConvert stores campaign submissions in the website owner’s WordPress database. Depending on the form, these may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages and answers, together with campaign details, submission times and consent wording.
The free plugin does not send your lead database to VeronaLabs. Site owners decide which forms to publish, why information is collected, how long to retain it and which optional destinations receive it. Contact that website’s operator about information you submitted through their campaign.
Campaign display controls use browser storage to remember appearances, dismissals and completed campaigns. Some limits use session storage; a fallback cookie may be used when local storage is unavailable. These controls are distinct from this marketing website.
Local statistics count campaign activity. The plugin also uses temporary one-way network-address hashes for submission limits. Personal-data export, erasure and configurable retention tools help site owners manage saved leads. Exported files, backups and copies in connected services must be handled separately.
Optional connections
MailPoet, WP SMS and other configured destinations process information according to the site owner’s settings. Optional bot verification contacts the selected provider—Cloudflare Turnstile, Google reCAPTCHA or hCaptcha. Pro can add further integrations and analytics events. Site owners should document their own enabled services and obtain consent where required.
Optional template catalogs
The bundled templates work without a remote catalog. When an administrator explicitly uses a configured catalog, it receives requests for template data and any pack images, including the requesting server’s network address. Campaigns, leads and license details are not included in those catalog requests. No remote catalog is configured by default.
Service providers and retention
Hosting and email services may process technical information and correspondence on our behalf. We do not sell personal information. We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request and any related support, legal obligations or disputes, then delete it when no longer needed.
No payment provider is connected to this website yet. Before enabling purchases, we will describe the payment and licensing providers, the information they receive, applicable retention periods and any international-transfer arrangements. The same applies if we introduce analytics or signup forms.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask to access, correct or erase your information, restrict its use, receive a portable copy, or object to processing. You can withdraw consent where processing relies on it. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Email hi@veronalabs.com to contact us. You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate or your local supervisory authority. See the European Commission’s explanation of your rights.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page as the service changes and show the revision date above. Material changes will be explained here.
