Purchase availability
WConvert is provided by VeronaLabs OÜ, Tornimäe 5, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia, company number 16160131. Public downloads and Pro checkout are being prepared. This website does not currently create an order, charge a card or activate a subscription.
At checkout, the seller, payment provider, taxes, total charge and final purchase terms must be displayed before you pay.
Plans and licenses
WConvert Free has no subscription fee. Pro is a separate plugin that adds the features described on the pricing page. The proposed $49 annual plan covers updates and product support for one website for 12 months.
The free plugin is licensed under GPLv2 or later. Software-license rights are separate from access to paid updates and support; commercial terms do not remove rights granted by the applicable open-source license.
Renewals and expiry
Our proposed default is manual renewal: no automatic annual charge. Renewal extends updates and support for another year at the price shown when you renew.
If you do not renew, the paid update and support entitlement ends after its current term. The final license documentation will explain any feature-specific effects of expiry before purchases open.
Refunds
We propose a 14-day refund window from the date of a Pro purchase. To request a refund, contact hi@veronalabs.com with your order reference and purchase email. Do not send card information.
Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method. Payment-provider processing times vary. This voluntary policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights or remedies for defective products.
Product support
The proposed annual Pro entitlement includes help with installation, configuration and reproducible WConvert issues on one website. Custom development and troubleshooting unrelated plugins or hosting are outside that scope. No fixed response-time guarantee is offered.

Using WConvert
You are responsible for the content of your campaigns, the permissions needed to contact subscribers, and the services you connect. Review campaigns before publishing, keep backups and keep WordPress and your plugins updated. WConvert does not guarantee a particular number of leads, sales or a specific legal-compliance outcome.
Optional third-party services have their own terms, availability and charges. Their fees are not included in the WConvert Pro price.
